Deposits tend to let us know who is sincere about showing up for the booked appointment; the same as deposits are required with other professional services. We request 25% of the total fee, used towards the balance on rendezvous day. Deposits are non-refundable, unless for some unforeseen reason, we need to cancel. It is often impossible to rebook that time that was promised to you, since most other inquirers have moved on to another option.
